NEW Electrically Heated Glass

Maintain crystal-clear visibility in the most demanding marine environments. AJR’s Electrically Heated Glass is engineered to eliminate condensation, frost, and ice buildup, ensuring safety and performance for year-round vessel operation. By utilizing a transparent resistive conductive coating.

TECHNOLOGY

Our heated units are constructed by laminating two or more lites together, creating a durable, high-impact surface. For maximum thermal efficiency, these can be further integrated into an insulated unit (IGU).

The heating element is applied as a micro-thin, clear coating either directly to the glass or a specialized polyester interlayer. This allows for uniform heat distribution across the entire surface.

OPTIONS

Construction is typically made by laminating two or more lites together as a stand-alone unit, or can be made into an insulated unit for even more insulating properties. Custom temperature settings are available to accommodate specific defogging or deicing needs.
