AJR Marine Windows is only responsible for information from the original order. Quotes are considered binding, so all details must be verified and approved. All changes must be submitted in writing or digitally. Once production begins, changes are not allowed and may incur extra charges or delays.

Warranty

AJR Marine Windows warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty is conditional on the normal use, proper storage, and the products being used for the purpose intended. The buyer acknowledges and is responsible to ensure the accuracy of final specification drawings.

The warranty provides for the repair or replacement of any defective product with the same or equivalent product within the warranty period. The warranty is limited to products purchased directly from AJR Marine Windows and does not include glass breakage, labor, installation or removal costs, shipping expenses, or any other costs associated with the product.
