Freight is charged FOB our warehouse using Blue Chip Logistics unless otherwise specified or if they are unable to ship. Each order is crated, reinforced, banded and supplied with internal packaging to prevent damage. Any shipping damage is the responsibility of the buyer. Damage should be noted upon delivery when signing for the waybill. Any damage claims are the responsibility of the buyer to claim and the maximum claim is $2 per pound unless extra insurance has been purchased.
Delivery to most destinations in North America will take 2-5 business days.
AJR Marine Windows warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty is conditional on the normal use, proper storage, and the products being used for the purpose intended. The buyer acknowledges and is responsible to ensure the accuracy of final specification drawings.
The warranty provides for the repair or replacement of any defective product with the same or equivalent product within the warranty period. The warranty is limited to products purchased directly from AJR Marine Windows and does not include glass breakage, labor, installation or removal costs, shipping expenses, or any other costs associated with the product. Care and Maintenance
Proper care and maintenance should be taken to ensure the longevity of your product. Salt water will corrode and mark glass, paint, and aluminum. Regular washing with soap and water is recommended. Check periodically that all drain holes are not blocked. To protect the paint and natural finished aluminum we suggest that an oil based sealant such as an automobile wax be applied yearly to prevent fading and discoloring.
Door handles, locks, hinges, and sliders are required to be lubricated every six (6) months with a general purpose “white grease” to displace salt crystals and ensure ease of operation.
